About founders:
Liheng Bai was born in northern China and earned her bachelor degree from Shanghai International Studies University(上海外国语大学). While in school, she founded E+E (Enjoy losing face+ Enthusiasm) Oral English Association to help hundreds of college students with their oral English and led several outreach volunteering groups to extend the assistance to rural areas. In addition, she also served as an education consultant on campus and helped other college students with their graduate schools and visa applications. She is currently pursuing her master degree in Bilingual education and her dream is to start an excellent Chinese-English bilingual school in the States.
Jay Lin considers himself a blessed individual because he is bi-lingual and bi-cultural. He was born in China and immigrated to the U.S. in his teens. Graduated from a high school only 3 minutes away from Wall Street, he went on to Cornell University for his undergraduate studies. Recently he has finished his work in TESOL at Teachers College, Columbia University and started teaching English as a Second Language in fall,07 at Cheshire Academy, a 200-year-old boarding school in the state of Connecticut.
